Depending on how your floors have been taken care off, or if there were any renovations done to the house, your floors may have water damaged area, gaps from relocated walls, pet or pot stains, damaged and splintered boards or any other type of damage.

Hardwood floors staining:
If you add richness and depth to your floors, you may consider staining. This process will add color to the wood.
We are working with quality stains from minwax and duraseal.

Hardwood floors installations: unfinished , prefinished, engineered, floating floors
We can install new wood floors , unfinished, prefinished, solid wood, engineered or floating floors. If you have areas with carpet that you want installed , we can “weave in “ the new with the existing and it will look like it was installed at the same time.
Hardwood stair install and refinish:
Refinishing stairs is a very labor intensive procedure. We do resand the top of the stairs and sometimes raisers and stringers.
